Gas/ Propane Heating Equipment
High quality gas, oil, & propane furnaces provide efficient and effective heating during the winter months. A wide selection of furnaces are available with various options for your comfort.  These units heat air that is circulated throughout your home or business to deliver comfort.

Cooling Equipment
The experts at Carrier invented air conditioning over 100 years ago. They have since created a wide selection of central air conditioning systems to keep you cool.  Carrier’s Central Air Conditioners are the best in the world.

Geothermal Systems
Geothermal heat pumps (sometimes referred to as GeoExchange, earth-coupled, ground-source, or water-source heat pumps) have been in use since the late 1940s. Geothermal heat pumps (GHPs) use the constant temperature of the earth as the exchange medium instead of the outside air temperature.

Boiler Systems
Boilers heat water to deliver the necessary heat by way of water or steam  throughout the home or business typically by way of radiators, baseboard heaters or through the floors in hydronic loops.

Water Heaters
Water heating is a thermodynamic process using an energy source to heat water above its initial temperature. Typical domestic uses of hot water are for cooking, cleaning, bathing, and space heating. In industry, both hot water and water heated to steam have many uses.

Humidifiers
Humidifiers replace the moisture that is removed from the air during the normal heating process.  Dry nose and throat and excessive static electricity is a sure indication of inadequate moisture content.  Also, humidified air actually feels warmer than dry air at the same temperature, which means less fuel is required to heat the area.

Filters, Electronic and Replacement
Buildings and other man-made environments use foam, pleated paper, or spun fiberglass filter elements. Another method, air ionisers, use fibers or elements with a static electric charge, which attract dust particles.

Thermostats
A thermostat may be a control unit for a heating or cooling system or a component part of a heater or air conditioner. Thermostats can be constructed in many ways and may use a variety of sensors to measure the temperature. The output of the sensor then controls the heating or cooling apparatus.

Zoning Equipment
In the interest of improving efficiency and occupant comfort, systems are commonly divided up into multiple zones. For example, in a house, the main floor may be served by one heating zone while the upstairs bedrooms are served by another. In this way, the heat can be directed principally to the main floor during the day and principally to the bedrooms at night, allowing the unoccupied areas to cool down.

Ventilation Equipment
Ventilating is the process of "changing" or replacing air in any space to provide high indoor air quality (i.e. to control temperature, replenish oxygen, or remove moisture, odors, smoke, heat, dust, airborne bacteria, and carbon dioxide). Ventilation is used to remove unpleasant smells and excessive moisture, introduce outside air, to keep interior building air circulating, and to prevent stagnation of the interior air

Dehumidification Equipment
A dehumidifier is typically a household appliance that reduces the level of humidity in the air, usually for health reasons. Humid air can cause mold and mildew to grow inside homes, which has various health risks. Very high humidity levels are also unpleasant for human beings, can cause condensation and can make it hard to sleep or dry laundry
