Bryan James Echols, Operations
|
After graduating from Northwest High School in 1999, Bryan attended
Mount Union College. In 2003, he had managed to graduate cum laude
with a Bachelors Degree in Business and a Minor In Accounting. He has
been working full-time at Echols ever since.
Bryan first started helping out his Dad on Saturdays every once
in a while. He was probably about 12 or 13 and all he would
really do is help clean up the shop and make drive cleats. Around the
age of 16 or 17 he started working out in the field installing, but only
as a helper. he was still in high school at the time, so he would only
be working summer, spring, and Christmas breaks. Says Bryan "I
probably wouldn't have gotten into this profession were it not for my
Dad."
.When asked what he enjoys most about his job at Echols, he stated
"I'd probably have to say our employees, We have a lot of guys who have
been here for a long time and over the years you really get to know
them. Everybody has their own personality and it's neat to see how we
all mesh together to be the best company we can be."
"My main hobby would have to be soccer. I have been playing since the
first grade. My senior year of high school I helped to lead our team to
the State Final. I went on to play four more years at Mount Union
College and still play recreationally. After college, I went back to
Northwest to help coach for two seasons so far."
Bryan currently handles the books for the service department, cost job
cards, prepares the billing for new construction and replacement,
handles payroll, checks invoices, purchases material, etc. |
